THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF BELIEFS SETS OUT IN THE FIRST SCHEDULE AND IN PARTICULAR IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AND AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHURCH COUNCIL ELSEWHERE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR THE WORLD. B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS REGARDLESS OF NATIONALITY, RELIGIOUS, POLITICAL AND OTHER OPINION IN THE SAID COUNTY AND AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHURCH COUNCIL ELSEWHERE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR THE WORLD.
