THE RELIEF OF YOUNG PERSONS UP TO THE AGE OF 18 WHO ARE VISUALLY IMPAIRED OR BLIND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF HOLIDAYS, SOCIAL WELFARE OR RECREATIONAL FACILITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
