THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY THE CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION OF BIODIVERSITY THROUGH: A) THE PROVISION, CONSERVATION, RESTORATION OR ENHANCEMENT OF A NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, ITS FLORA OR FAUNA; OR B) THE MAINTENANCE OR RECOVERY OF A SPECIES IN ITS NATURAL HABITAT.
