1) TO USE THE PROPERTY AS A PLAYGROUND, PLAYING FIELD AND RECREATION GROUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE WITHIN TILSTON PARISH.
2) TO MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY AND TO MAKE IT AVAILABLE AS THE VENUE FOR THE TILSTON WAKES ON THE AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND OF EACH YEAR.
