ADVANCING CHILDREN'S EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT WITHOUT DISTINCTION AS TO THE ETHNICITY, CULTURE, RELIGION, MEANS OR ABILITY; AND 2. PROVIDING TRAINING, ADVICE AND SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS IN RELATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND SUCH OTHER ISSUES OF BENEFIT TO THE PUBLIC AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
