THE REHABILITATION AND CARE OF PERSONS WHO HAVE SUFFERED BRAIN INJURY AND RESIDE IN SOUTH BUCKINGHAMSHIRE AND ADJOINING COUNTIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUCH SERVICES AND FACILITIES AS ARE REQUIRED FROM TIME TO TIME FOR THE REHABILITATION AND RELIEF OF SUCH PERSONS.
