(A) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE HEALTH OF PERSONS AFFECTED BY ANY RARE DISORDER (A CONDITION WHICH AFFECTS 5 OR LESS PEOPLE IN EVERY 10,000) AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS IN PARTICULARLY BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO; (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC INTO RARE DISORDERS AND THE IMPLICATIONS FOR THE INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY, (C) THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES, EFFECTS, TREATMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF RARE DISORDERS AND TO DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF,
