THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT SO AS TO LIMIT THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS, EXHIBITIONS AND BURSARIES FOR DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-FIVE, PARTICULARLY THOSE RESIDING OR STUDYING IN INNER LIVERPOOL OR THE CAMDEN AREA OF LONDON, TO ENABLE THEM TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION IN THE PERFORMING ARTS.
