THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED CHILDREN ATTENDING THE AKAB SCHOOL IN AZAD KASHMIR, PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION OF LEARNING MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND THE PROVISION OF FUNDING IN ORDER TO PROVIDE SUPPORT IN THE COST OF TREATMENT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES IN LIAISON WITH THE MEDICAL AUTHORITIES IN THE SAID AREA OF BENEFIT.
