THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY OR APPLY THE ANNUAL INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED ESPECIALLY BY THE MAKING OF GRANTS TO CHARITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PROVIDE CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AND RELATED FACILITIES FOR SUCH PEOPLE.
