THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE OF HUCKNALL, LINBY AND SURROUNDING AREAS THROUGH PHYSICAL EXERCISE AND INSTRUCTION IN THE ART OF SWIMMING AND RELATED ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
