(I) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF BOWDEN DOWN AND PART LIDDATON DOWN, BRENTOR IN THE COUNTY OF DEVON, IN OUR OWNERSHIP ("THE BRENTOR COMMONS").
(II) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE BRENTOR COMMONS.
