Charitable objects
A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CREATION OF NEW AND THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF NEW AND EXISTING BRIDLEROUTES AND OTHER RIGHTS OF WAY, PARTICULARLY BY CREATING OR ASSISTING IN THE CREATION OF SUCH RIGHTS OF WAY AND RECORDING SUCH RIGHTS OF WAY ON DEFINITIVE MAPS, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE PUBLIC.
B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE USE, CREATION AND RECORDING OF PUBLIC BRIDLEROUTES AND IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
