3.1 PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR EDUCATION AND WELFARE PURPOSES;
3.2 RELIEVING POVERTY BY ALLEVIATING HOMELESSNESS; AND
3.3 ASSISTING MEMBERS OF THE ZOROASTRIAN RELIGIOUS FAITH.
