1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, IN ARTS AND CRAFTS: AND
THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF OLDSWINFORD, STOURBRIDGE, INCLUDING THE USE OF THE PROPERTY FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES OR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
