Charitable objects

(I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE LIFE, HISTORY AND TRADITIONS RELATING TO ST NICHOLAS BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, EXHIBITIONS OF RELATED ART AND PERFORMANCES OF CHORAL OR OTHER MUSIC. (II) TO PROMOTE GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES BENEFICIAL TO THE PUBLIC THROUGHOUT THE WORLD BY THE PROVISION OF SUCH FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
