THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH, WITHIN THE GREATER LONDON AREA, AMONG PERSONS RECOVERING FROM CORONARY HEART DISEASE AND/OR HEART SURGERY BY THE PROVISION OF SUPERVISED REMEDIAL AND THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE FACILITIES AND THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND SUPPORT TO SUFFERERS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
