TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN LIBERIA BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
