THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG CHILDREN AND AND YOUNG PEOPLE (3 -25 YEARS) IN UGANDA WHO HAVE BEEN ORPHANED, ABANDONED BY ONE OR BOTH PARENTS OR HAD THEIR FAMILY LIFE SUBSTANTIALLY DISRUPTED BY WAR, BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING WITH THEIR SCHOOL FEES. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY, OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN UGANDA AND SCHOOLS IN UGANDA BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO PROVIDE SUCH PERSONS OR INSTITUTIONS WITH GOODS AND SERVICES THAT THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS.
