(C) SUCH OTHER PURPOSES THAT ARE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES BOTH WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND AND ELSEWHERE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.
