B TO ENCOURAGE AND DISSEMINATE RESEARCH ABOUT THE CARIBBEAN REGION AND STUDIES CONCERNING CARIBBEAN PEOPLES RESIDING WITHIN AND OUTSIDE THE CARIBBEAN AREA.
