TO MAINTAIN FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE OPEN SPACE OF THE WOOLER CHURCHYARD; THE SAID CHURCHYARD BEING PROPERTY OF THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH OF ST. MARY'S, WOOLER (IN THE DISTRICT OF BERWICK-UPON-TWEED IN THE COUNTY OF NORTHUMBERLAND) BUT SITUATED A QUARTER OF A MILE FROM THE CHURCH.
