TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES IN MALAWI IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY; AND IN PARTICULAR TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF EAGLES RELIEF AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME.
