TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CARERS OF PERSONS WHO HAVE A MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA:
(A) BY THE PROVISION OF RESPITE CARE; AND
(B) THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE AND SUPPORT.
