1.2 TO MAINTAIN THE CARTWRIGHT RECORDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC
1.3 TO ALLOW PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE CARTWRIGHT RECORDS, INCLUDING THE CREATION OF ELECTRONIC VERSIONS OF THE CARTWRIGHT RECORDS, AND
1.4 TO DEPOSIT THE CARTWRIGHT RECORDS IN A RECORD OFFICE APPROVED BY THE MASTER OF THE ROLLS IN ACCORDANCE WITH BS5454 : 2000 IN NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
