TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN IN DERBYSHIRE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A TOY LIBRARY NETWORK WHICH SUPPORTS LOCAL TOY LIBRARIES IN THEIR SUPPLY OF THERAPEUTIC, EDUCATIONAL AND STIMULATING TOYS AND EQUIPMENT. TO ACT A A RESOURCE FOR TOY LIBRARIES AND ASSOCIATED INDIVIDUALS/ORGANISATIONS BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND SUPPORT AS A MEANS OF: ESTABLISHING AND DEVELOPING TOY LIBRARIES DEVELOPING VOLUNTEERS WITHIN TOY LIBRARIES IMPROVING COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TOY LIBRARIES AND RELATED ORGANISATIONS PROMOTING GOOD PRACTICE WITHIN TOY LIBRARIES
