ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.
