Charitable objects

1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DISTRICT OF WEST MERSEA, COLCHESTER, ESSEX AND ITS ENVIRONS, IN THE APPRECIATION AND PRACTICE OF DRAMA, MUSIC AND THE PERFORMING ARTS. 2. TO ASSIST YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND BECOME VALUED MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
