TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN PARTICULAR YOUNG MALES OF AFRICAN AND CARIBBEAN ORIGIN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 8-18 BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF TRAINING (INCLUDING VOCATIONAL TRAINING) FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHILDREN SO THAT THEY MAY DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS WHICH WILL ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE AND ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE FULLY IN SOCIETY
