THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF TO APPLY THE SAME, BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, TO PROMOTE FOR SUCH GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES THE FURTHER EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE OF CLASSICAL MUSICIANS BY ENABLING THEM TO PRESENT THEIR WORK TO A WIDER PUBLIC AUDIENCE WHICH IN TURN WILL ALSO BENEFIT THROUGH HEARING ARTISTS AND THEIR MUSIC PREVIOUSLY UNKNOWN TO THIS PUBLIC.
