(B) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF AND RELIEVE THOSE AFFECTED AS VICTIMS OF CRIME BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE. (C) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE FOR PERPETRATORS OF CRIME WITH A VIEW TO PROTECTING THE PUBLIC AND REDUCING CRIME.
