TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN THE ARTS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE SCALA CINEMA AND ARTS CENTRE, PRESTATYN.
