Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE FUND ARE FOR SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEE IN HIS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL DECIDE.
2.1. THE TRUSTEE MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE FUND IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS.
