TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE VILLAGE COMMUNITIES OF UGANDA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY ORPHANS, BY THE SUPPORT OF BUYEMBA SUUBIRA UGANDA FOUNDATION OR SUCH OTHER ORGANISATIONS WHICH SUPPORT ORPHANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE BY THE:
1) ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION
2) PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH
3) RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP
