Friends Action North East (FANE) is a charity that supports people with a learning disability and autism to enable safe, independent, equal friendships through mentoring, training and social support. FANE supports people to overcome the effects of social isolation, be less prone to abuse and gain the skills, knowledge and experience needed to build and maintain meaningful and lasting friendships
