= (A) THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PUBLIC ARCHIVE AND DATABASE;
= (B) FACILITATING THE PRESENTATION AND DISPLAY OF YACHTING HERITAGE AT MUSEUMS, GALLERIES AND OTHER PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS
