THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN PRE-HOSPITAL CARE OF DOCTORS AND OTHER CLINICAL STAFF BY THE PROVISION OF ONGOING TRAINING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.
