THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE AND INDEPENDENCE OF ELDERLY AND DISABLED PERSONS IN, OR VISITING BISHOPS STORTFORD, BY PROVIDING THEM WITH ELECTRIC OR MANUAL WHEELCHAIRS, OR ELECTRIC SCOOTERS, ON LOAD FOR PERIODS OF NOR MORE THAT ONE DAY, FREE OF CHARGE, TO ENABLE THEM TO GO TO THE SHOPS AND VISIT PLACES OF INTEREST.
