A) TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF THE FOLKESTONE SCHOOL FOR GIRLS, AND B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SHEPWAY DISTRICT COUNCIL ADMINISTRATIVE AREA IT BEING ACKNOWLEDGED THAT IN CARRYING OUT THE OBJECTS THE COMPANY MUST HAVE REGARD TO ITS OBLIGATION TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY COHESION UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS.
