THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE "OBJECTS") ARE THE RELIEF OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN NEED IN THE WEST MIDLANDS AREA BY REASON OF ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS AND ITEMS TO CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS HELPING SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE.
