Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A
COMMUNITY CENTRE AND OTHER COMMUNITY FACILITIES FOR THE USE OF THE
INHABITANTS OF RAMSEY AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREIN AFTER CALLED THE
AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, AGE,
DISABILITY, NATIONALITY, RACE, OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS,
INCLUDING THE USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES AND OTHER FORMS OF
RECREATION, SOCIAL AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF
IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
