2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF ELECTRONIC MUSIC, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING GRANTS AND BURSARIES TO STUDENTS STUDYING THE SUBJECT.
