TO RELIEVE THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN
NORTHAMPTONSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN PARTICULAR,
BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE WHO ARE VULNERABLE, DISADVANTAGED, LIVING IN
POVERTY OR UNSAFE CONDITIONS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE.
