THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO PRESERVE RESTORE AND MANAGE FOR THE
EDUCATION BENEFIT AND ENJOYMENT OF THE PEOPLE OF WELLESBOURNE IN THE
COUNTY OF WARWICKSHIRE AND OF THE NATION AT LARGE WHATEVER OF THE HISTORIC
HERITAGE WHICH MAY. EXIST IN AND AROUND CHEDHAMS YARD IN THE FORM OF
HISTORIC BUILDINGS OR OTHER OBJECTS OF PARTICULAR HISTORICAL, HERITAGE CULTURAL
OR CONSTRUCTIONAL INTEREST AND TO MAINTAIN A VISITOR EDUCATION CENTRE ON THE
SAME SITE.
