THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AGED 5-18 YEARS WITHIN THE SUFFOLK COASTAL AREA BY THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.
THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES BY THE PROVISION OF A PLAYSCHEME AND SATURDAY CLUB.
