Charitable objects
TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PERSONS RESIDENT IN MIDDLESBOROUGH AND THE
SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND SPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS
IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THOSE AGED BETWEEN 8-19 YEARS OF AGE WHO HAVE
LEARNING DISABILITIES AND THOSE WITH PHYSICAL AND/OR SENSORY IMPAIRMENTS WHO HAVE
NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AND DISABLEMENT IN THE INTERESTS OF
SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID YOUNG
PERSONS.
