Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS"):- THE RELIEF OF NEED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE UK AND INDIA IN ACCORDANCE WITH HINDU RELIGIOUS PRINCIPLES BY PROMOTING AND PROTECTING THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF THOSE AFFECTED BY BLINDNESS OR CANCERS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE 1)1 THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH BY THE SUPPORT OF MEDICAL CAMPS C) ADVANCING EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR IMPROVING LITERACY, CONDUCTING SEMINARS, EDUCATIONAL CAMPS, WORKSHOPS AND STUDY GROUPS D) THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER. TROUBLE. OR CATASTROPHE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT
