TO PROMOTE MENTAL WELL-BEING IN WESTERN NORFOLK AND SURROUNDING AREAS INCLUDING WHERE APPROPRIATE LINCOLNSHIRE AND CAMBRIDGESHIRE IN ASSOCIATION WITH VOLUNTARY AND STATUTORY MENTAL HEALTH AGENCIES, CARERS, EMPLOYERS AND OTHER LIKE-MINDED INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS AND THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THOSE DISADVANTAGED BY MENTAL DISTRESS OR LIVING WITH MENTAL ILLNESS.
