TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE BY CHARITABLE MEANS OF THOSE WHO ARE SERVING OR HAVE SERVED IN OUR AIR FORCES, THEIR WIVES AND DEPENDANTS AND THE WIDOWS AND DEPENDANTS OF THOSE WHO DIED EITHER WHILST SERVING IN OUR AIR FORCES OR THEREAFTER.
