TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS AND PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH OF WOMEN IN LONDON, IN PARTICULAR THE VIETNAMESE COMMUNITY AND OTHER SOUTH EAST ASIAN COMMUNITIES IN LONDON, WHO ARE SUFFERING OR HAVE SUFFERED PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL ABUSE CAUSED BY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY THINK FIT
